The delivery time is 4-6 working days to the Nordic countries and Europe


5-15 working days to the rest of the world.
All shipments are delivered with POSTNORD, which gives you different delivery methods.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Aroma, our return policy section is designed to empower customers with clear guidelines on product returns and exchanges. Our straightforward refund and exchange policy is a testament to our commitment to customer confidence and satisfaction.
We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Aroma Coffee does not refund the shipping price for packages that are returned as a result of no receipt, failure to respond to notification, incomplete and/or incorrect address, or that the recipient cannot be reached at the delivery address, and has failed to indicate the place of delivery.
